Exterior Design

The new design of the 2025 Lexus RX is immediately apparent even at first glance. The updated styling includes a pair of sharp LED daytime running lights that provide a unique light signature both during the day and at night. The hourglass grille shape is still here, but fades into the body color at the top for a more modern twist on this classic look. Elsewhere, the lines and curves are simplified, giving the updated Lexus RX a sleek, elegant overall design that should stand the test of time. And on RX350 and RX350h models, you can add and F Sport design package that enhances the sporty looks of your new Lexus SUV.

Interior Design

The cabin of the 2025 Lexus RX has gotten a big update as well, swapping cheaper plastics for textured fabric on the upper doors and decadent ambient interior lighting surrounding you in the dash and doors. Heated and ventilated seats are available to bring even more luxury to your daily Bay Area drives. And upper-trim Lexus RX models get open-pore wood trim for an enhanced sense of luxury, while F Sport models get bolstered front seats and black interior trim for an added edge.

Performance

The 2025 Lexus RX is offered in combustion, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid configurations, so you can choose the luxury SUV that best matches your Bay Area lifestyle. The standard Lexus RX is powered by a punchy 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that generates 275 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque, and can be had with either front-wheel drive or an intelligent all-wheel drive system.

Meanwhile, the 2025 Lexus RX Hybrid uses the same 2.4-liter turbo as the base engine, but adds electric power to give you a total of 367 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque to play with. And in the RX450h+, you'll have 35 miles of electric-only driving range at your disposal. You'll also enjoy up to 36 mpg city and 34 mpg on the highway with this powerful hybrid powertrain beneath you, making the new Lexus RX Hybrid a must-see for your Marin drives.

Technology

Both the new Lexus RX and Lexus RX Hybrid get a 12.3-inch infotainment display as standard, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as a part of the standard makeup. You'll also have the option to upgrade to a 14-inch display with built-in navigation that gives you the ability to control more functions at once without navigating multiple menus. Other optional tech extras include a Mark Levinson premium audio system and a digital heads-up display above the dash.
