Exterior Design

The new design of the 2023 Lexus RX is immediately apparent even at first glance. The updated styling includes a pair of sharp LED daytime running lights that provide a unique light signature both during the day and at night. The hourglass grille shape is still here, but fades into the body color at the top for a more modern twist on this classic look. Elsewhere, the lines and curves are simplified, giving the updated Lexus RX a sleek, elegant overall design that should stand the test of time.

Interior Design

The cabin of the 2023 Lexus RX has gotten a big update as well, swapping cheaper plastics for textured fabric on the upper doors and decadent ambient interior lighting surrounding you in the dash and doors. Upper-trim Lexus RX models get open-pore wood trim for an enhanced sense of luxury, while F Sport models get bolstered front seats and black interior trim for an added edge.

Performance

The 2023 Lexus RX is offered in both standard and hybrid configurations, so you can choose the luxury SUV that best matches your Bay Area lifestyle. The standard Lexus RX is powered by a punchy 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that generates 275 horsepower and 317 pound-feet of torque, and can be had with either front-wheel drive or an intelligent all-wheel drive system.

Meanwhile, the 2023 Lexus RX Hybrid uses the same 2.4-liter turbo as the base engine, but adds electric power to give you a total of 367 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque to play with. Technology

Both the new Lexus RX and Lexus RX Hybrid get a 9.8-inch infotainment display as standard, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as a part of the standard makeup.
